Property Commissions
There’s lots of discuss commissions available, and i’m talking about property commissions.
It has developed in the news a great deal recently – the Canadian Property Association’s have a problem with your competition bureau. Lots of that centers around reduced commissions structures within our industry. I simply thought I’d weigh in about them a bit, and provide my two cents on commissions and just how I handle them in line with the proven fact that there’s lots of discussion available at this time among everyone and Real estate agents alike.
I saw a publish yesterday on Twitter in one Real estate agent to a different, and also the Real estate agent was chastising another Real estate agent for getting a lower payment method to assist sell condos. I shook my mind….I don’t realize that perspective which outlook on commissions.
For that record, my commissions are negotiable. I’ve no problems settling my commissions. Many of the commissions which i have discussed previously or reduced previously happen to be according to criteria for example just how much business we have done together previously, whether I am helping all of them with their listing as well as their purchase… there’s a lot of stuff that I consider when settling my commissions. As well as the record, I’ve no problems settling my commissions with somebody attempting to list their property. I’m not prepared to draw a line within the sand and say “This is actually the number, go or let it rest.Inch
I understand lots of fantastic Real estate agents that that – their number isn’t negotiable and they’ve the reason why for this. I’m not here to express their doing the work wrong or which i disagree together. That’s their business design and settling my commissions is mine.
